Used by some games. Follow directions on link to delete it. A better way to prevent it from returning is to make a new folder and name it CmdLineExt02.dll. This is more effective that the method described on the link and doesn't require special attributes or admin rights to use.

Avira Antivir is a good program , Im Guessing this file has something to do with Trojan And or System volume Virus or unwanted program 'TR/Agent.BYZ [TR/Agent.BYZ]' Then i got this right after Deleting it Virus or unwanted program 'TR/PSW.OnLineGames.ASM [TR/PSW.OnLineGames.ASM]'

I was able to delete this file using Hijack This's "Delete a file on reboot" miscellaneous tool.
