I got it with my sony ericsson PC Suite. Doesn't effect comp when turned off.

I agree with Curt... I just installed the Sony Ericsson PC Suite and noticed this process. Is hogging a lot of memory it seems

Located in: "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Teleca Shared", 983040 bytes, was removed when the Sony Ericsson PC Suite was uninstalled.

Would make sense if it was a part of Sony Ericsson's PC Suite as this has just been installed and Generic.exe notice :)

generic.exe also appeared after I installed my sony ericsson softwar. However, I do not know the programs intent. It continued running after I shut down sonys software which makes it questionable IMO.
