Wird bei mir durch vbsedit.exe (www.vbsedit.com) in registry und als mshexthk.dll installiert. Lösung: a) rename mshexthk.dll to name.any b) mit regedit alle mshexthk.dll-Einträge auf blank setzen c) vbsedit.exe nicht mehr aufrufen
