From Star Downloader. This BHO interfers with some Internet Explorer functions. Prior to de-activation I was unable to click through Google searches or access some web sites.

The DLL monitors for files such as ZIP and RAR, and opens them in the download manager. This is not essential to use Star Downloader, but if you want to use it to actually manage downloads, leave it be.
