This file does contain ad-ware called backweb. You can find and remove it using Webroot Spysweeper or uninstall it from your computer. Although by uninstalling it i don't beleive that it takes the adware off so you might still want to scan your computer afterwards. Some people might get the message that pops up in the beginning of boot up saying runner error... To get rid of this you go to C:\Program Files\. After you did that look for the folder that says "Updates from HP". Right click on it and then delete it. This will stop your problem.
