Wird durch IMISERV-Virus installiert und trackt Internet-Verhalten

After connecting to the net it loads up along with joqhzpx.exe & FARMMEXT.exe. Repeated attempts to close it results in either calc.exe or packager.exe to load. It writes to the registry until I run "Registry First Aid", Spybot & Adware. So far a pain in the A#$ only but a fix is desired!
