Simply posessing the same filename as a beneficial utility doesn't necessitate a benign file. If this is inside your System32 directory, or inside of your (X):\Program Files\Zone Labs\Zone Alarm\Zone Alarm\[FILENAME.EXE] then it's bad- acts as a rootkit &/or backdoor

This application appear to be the interface application used to configure Zonealarms actual firewall (TrueVector). I've notice the zlclient appears to start when a user logs in, but I have verified the firewall is actually running when no user is on.
